The audio recording feature is not working for me.

Please make sure your browser is set to Allow Access to Microphone if that is an option. If you use Safari as your browser, please note that any version prior to 12 may not work with certain features such as Audio Recording. In addition, please make sure that the Media Recorder is activated in Safari. On desktop, in the Safari menu bar, click on “Develop.” Go to “Experimental Features” and make sure that “MediaRecorder” is checked. If you do not see “Develop” in the menu bar, then go to “Preferences” and click on the “Advanced” tab. Check the box next to “Show Develop menu in menu bar.” On iPhones, go to “Settings” then “Safari” then “Advanced” then “Experimental Features” and activate “MediaRecorder.” If you are still having difficulties, please send us a message using our Contact form .

The website is not working for me.
